All fees are listed in US Dollars, payment will be processed in US Dollars and will be converted to your local currency on your credit card statement. Check with your credit card company for more information about currency exchange fees that may apply.
Payments made by Check or Money Order should be sent in US Dollars to the IAFSM Business Office.

Membership for those who join FSM in conjunction with the conference will be valid for 1 year.

Cancellation Policy

Refunds due to cancellation will be processed as follows:

Refund or cancellation for any reason: 90% of registration fees.
