Drew E. Pilkington is a Deputy Fire Marshal for the Victoria County Fire Marshal's Office. Drew is a certified Crime Scene Analyst by the International Association of Identification (IAI); a Certified Fire Investigator (IAAI-CFI®) and Evidence Collection Technician (IAAI-ECT®) by the International Association of Arson Investigators. Pilkington is certified by the FAA as a remote pilot for small unmanned aircraft system (sUAS). Pilkington received a BS Degree from Texas A&M University in Construction Science and a MS From Sam Houston State University. He is a graduate of the University of Tennessee’s National Forensic Academy. Pilkington started forensically mapping traffic crash scenes in 2003 with a total station and now (since 2013) operates and utilizes 3-D laser scanning for crime scene investigations.
